Saturday? No go for me.

I'm in the middle of helping out the family with moving some stuff from Sherman to Lubbock today, so am pretty much out of the game for any chasing. I agree with the SPC outlook generally, but think the 5% tornado threat is too high. Current surface observations are pitiful and any marginal moisture making it into far SE NM and SW TX will be thin and narrow. Such is chase season 2009 so far.

Sunday looks interesting and will take a look at it this evening after getting back to Lubbock.
